All orders are routed through any courier company. All our clients will be provided with a URL when the order is placed.
Shipping in Pakistan
Upon placing an order, you will receive an E-mail or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, it will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days. Free delivery all over Pakistan
International orders
International orders are routed through DHL. All our international clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched. International clients shall also receive a sales invoice via email and notification of shipment via email. The customer shall bear any additional charges for customs clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
